These Terms of Purchase apply to orders placed through cakavveb.

cakavveb is owned and operated by Rizhao Hangxing Network Technology Co., Ltd.

By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and other applicable store policies.

Customer Information

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Eligible orders of $39.00 or more may select free shipping or choose Express Shipping for $6.99 where available.

Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 180 calendar days after delivery.

Customers must contact service@cakavveb.com before sending merchandise back.

For eligible approved returns, cakavveb covers reasonable return shipping costs when the customer follows the return method provided by our support team.

Refunds

After an approved return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation and Changes

Customers who wish to cancel or modify an order should contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to process requests before fulfillment begins.
